Dr. Sudhir Bhaskarrao Tambe Patil is a renowned medical surgeon, a dedicated politician, and a staunch advocate of Gandhian Philosophy. He has been a representative of the Nashik Graduate Constituency in the Maharashtra Legislative Council (MLC) for three consecutive terms (2009, 2011, and 2017). Additionally, he is serving as a Trustee of the Amrutvahini Sheti and Shikshan Vikas Sanstha for over three decades.

Dr. Tambe envisions a healthy and holistic society and has actively taken steps to bring this vision to life. As the founder and mentor of Jai Hind Lok Chalval (Jai Hind People’s Movement), he focuses on education, empowerment (especially of women, youth, and children), entrepreneurship, environmental sustainability, agriculture, and the well-being of villages. The movement, under his guidance, has played a pivotal role in transforming the lives of many individuals. An annual Global Conference dedicated to peace, harmony, and progress has been organized since 2020, attracting Gandhian leaders from around the world.

Demonstrating his commitment to inclusivity, Dr. Tambe has established Sangaram Mook-Badhir Vidyalaya (School for Dumb and Deaf Children) and Sangram Matimand Vidyalaya (School for mentally Retarded children) since 1993. He also serves as a trustee for an organization devoted to the integrated development of tribal communities. As the President of Sahyadri Bahujan Vikas Samaj, he oversees a network of 32 high schools and 10 junior colleges, providing quality education to over 10,000 students, particularly those from economically disadvantaged and specially privileged backgrounds. In his role as an MLC, he has actively addressed issues related to schools, non-aided schools, teachers, and infrastructure development.

Dr. Tambe's commitment extends to healthcare, where he serves as a Trustee of SMBT Sevabhavi Trust, focusing on rural healthcare facilities and medical education. He initiated the free Ambulance 108 service, offering emergency transportation and medical care to those in need. Dr. Tambe is equally dedicated to the welfare of farmers, having founded the Sangamner Taluka Agricultural Produce Processing & Marketing Co-operative Society (SHAMPRO) in 1998.

His involvement in literary movements is noteworthy, having presided over organizing committees for events like Akhil Bharatiya Bal Mahotsav, Bandhuta Sahitya Sammelan, and Marathi Navodit Sahitya Sammelan. On the political front, Dr. Tambe has held various positions, including Mayor of Sangamner Municipal Corporation, President of Sangamner Taluka and Ahmednagar District Congress Committee, and membership in the All-India Congress Committee. In recognition of his significant social contributions, Dr. Tambe has received prestigious awards such as the Vikas Ratna Award, Dr. Gupte State level Award, and Dr. Baba Amate award.

Hon’ble Mrs. Sharayu Ranjeet Deshmukh, Trustee of Amrutvahini Sheti and Shikshan Vikas Sanstha, stands as a dynamic and forward-thinking educationist and social entrepreneur.

She is relentlessly working to provide quality education to rural community and firmly believes that "the quality of education will determine the destiny of the nation." Her educational philosophy centres on imparting logical knowledge, instilling a sense of social responsibility, and equipping students to face global challenges. Her strategic vision has led to the inclusion of innovative projects such as aProCh (a protagonist in every child) and DFC (Design for Change), fostering global connections with schools worldwide.

She has been instrumental in transforming Amrutvahini Model School with a focus on skills that act as a foundation for the educational journey, which promotes critical thinking, development of own learning style, and character development. Further, to enhance the canvas of education, Mrs. Deshmukh was a pioneer to start the Amrutvahini International School at Sangamner and Priyadarshani International School at Igatpuri. In order to offer a globally acknowledged curriculum, intellectual inquisition, skill development and problem-solving approach to students, Mrs. Deshmukh started Amrutvahini Nido International School affiliated to the Cambridge IGCSE board. This is the first kind of IGCSE school in Ahmednagar district with ultra-modern facilities. The vast canvas of primary and secondary education, from state board to international, serving students from tribal, rural and urban areas, epitomizes her commitment to providing holistic education and laying a solid foundation.

Mrs. Deshmukh is also keenly interested in professional education. She is very concerned about new social, industrial and educational needs and has been relentlessly working to provide skill-based education in emerging areas. All her efforts are channeled to provide every student with a plethora of opportunities. She is a regular participant in various educational meets so as to foresee the global strategies and provide world class education to locals.

Agriculture is the backbone of our nation. Therefore, she considered it her duty to ensure the agriculture sector thrives through a well-educated, well-equipped, and dedicated agricultural community. That's why she actively engaged in the establishment and work of the Sahakarmaharshi Bhausaheb Thorat College of Agriculture, which was established in 2023.

Hon. Sharayu Deshmukh has envisaged the ‘MEDHA’, a mega cultural fest, to provide a platform to showcase talent in various aspects of social, professional, and cultural. Since 2015, MEDHA event is known as North Maharashtra’s biggest Yuva Festival and more than 10000 students are participating in the event every year. The towering personalities from the fields of science and technology, industry, administration, and the social sector are also invited to guide and motivate the future generation.

Her notable contributions to the field of education, Hon. Sharayu Deshmukh is deeply involved in social work aimed at advancing societal progress. Serving as the President of the "Mauli Mahila Bahuuddeshiya Vikas Sanstha," she demonstrates a steadfast commitment to the empowerment of women and actively participates in the administrative responsibilities of the "Swayam Sahayata Bachat Gat" group. Furthermore, her dedication extends to the Dandakarnya Abhiyan, a significant social tree plantation movement initiated by the late Sahakar Maharshi Bhausaheb Thorat.
