2. To integrate the principles of sustainability and environmental stewardship into animal production systems, with a focus on resolving environmental impact, conserving natural resources, and promoting sustainable livestock farming practices.
3. To provide guidance for SOP’s and GMP’s for cattle, sheep, goats and poultry, with a focus on optimizing animal production and productivity.
4. To train students in sustainable dairy production techniques including milk processing, quality control and value-added product development.
